can't capture video
-----Original Message----- Have you had any feedback on this??? I have the opposite problem - my DV camera which was previously recognised by XP is no longer recognised since i loaded the new XP service pack. I upgraded to MM2 and have captured video since installed, but the camera no longer gets picked up and MM2 states that it is not detected when plugged in and switched on! connecting a panasonic nv-ex3 dv cam via firewire 1394 port to SB audigy into w mm2.0. All worked fine until xp service pack was added....has anyone had a similar problem?? Also I cannot roll back the service pack... any ideas?? Have tried help, pack removal, tested ports, tested cards, tested camera, checked knowledge base, and rang microsoft only to speak to the rudest person ever, who wasnt even prepared to hear what I had to say....I got the hand, and was told to speak to my camera manufacturer!! (Why? it has worked fine before!!) Cheers Steve thx Steve -----Original Message----- when i use mm2 to capture video i get an error message saying device is in use even though it isn't. i have an ati all in wonder 128. how can i capture video through movie maker using this device? thanks in advance. g . . |
