Default Adding a desktop theme - non-Microsoft

Where ever you downloaded them from should have a program. www.stardock.com
makes a program that will place a theme on Windows and they have tons of
themes. The theme program alone, no subscription costs $20 last time I
check.

I want to change my windows xp desktop theme to one I've
downloaded from a source other than microsoft. Where do I
move the theme, icon, sound files, etc. so that I stop
getting the error message when I attempt to access the
downloaded theme????
