friends i have Windows XP professional on my machine
earlier i used to hav a 20 gb H.d.d and all worked well
recently i upgraded to 40 G.B h.d.d since then i am
having a following problem

1. All the prog in my startup folder do not get loaded
(some times all r loaded some times 2 or three )

2 .In BIOS i have set CD ROM as my first boot device but
my machine does not boots from a bootable C.D ROM or
Diskette either
please help me


Set the option in the bios for default settings if it has it.
