Default Shortcut to Clipboard

How can I create a shortcut for the clipboard? If I ever
find it in explorer will I even have the option to do it?
What folder should it be in? Thank you in advance.

You can't have a shortcut to the clipboard. You either copy to it or =
paste from it. It's not a program but an built in part of the core =
windows.

Hi Polly,
The shortcut target would be:

%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\clipbrd.exe
