Webcam Timershot in WindowsMe?

Hi:
The Power Toys package for XP contains an item called Webcam Timershot in
it. Does anyone know if this will work on WIndowsMe? If it won't, does
anyone know
of a version of this package (or a similar one) that will work on Windows
Me? I want to put jpegs of my webcam in a file so that they can be seen on
the web.I already have the server package. (It is part of my home comtrol
system). All I have to do is put the webcam in a folder and update it.
