Default Lost Video after Display Card Upgrade

After I upgraded my video card to NVIDIA it worked fine
but the card died and when I installed the s3 card back in
the machine the video wasn't visable. I ran the CD and
repaired the XP installation. but the Video never came
back. I setup a new directory on a New XP install and the
video works fine. I still have the original directory
(without Video) and would save about two months of
reinstalling all the applications because I can tell it
works but I just can't see the video anymore.

Any Suggestions?

Thanks for the help...
Bob.
