video question
I recently loaded XP home and have a minor issue with it.
Seems that when I open Internet Explorer the top of the window is black for a fraction of a second! Just the tool & address bars. Anybody have an idea as to why and what to do to fix it? I reloaded my driver but still the same. ASUS P4PE-L w/P4 2.4 512 RAM Windows XP Home ATI Radeon 7500

have you tried updating the video driver from www.ati.com ? Start there.
