Changing computer registration
I would like to change the registered user on my company
laptop. If I am in the "system properties" dialog box, it will say "Registered to" followed by a name. I don't see any immediate way of changing this. How do I edit this without having to do a reinstall?

Adjust the Registry settings at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\RegisteredOrganization HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\RegisteredOwner -- (tm)

Open regedit and modify the contents of the value RegisteredOwner at the key
