I need help changing this video into a flash

i need to know how to change a format on this video i downloaded into a flash

There is a glut of video format converters out there, and most of the
better ones are not free. If you could say what type of video you wish
to convert, perhaps someone can specify a program that will do so. I
have the AVS Video Converter program that will convert from common file
types such as .avi, wmv, mpg, etc directly to a .swf file without
having to bother with a .flv file. There are other programs that can
convert to .flv only for those who want to roll their own flash
applications using the .flv, perhaps a jpg for a border, and perhaps
some other elements. Of course a complete flash program from Adobe is
quite useful, but very expensive. Some of the programs can be
downloaded as a free trial version that often watermarks the page. If
you like the program, you then pay to get rid of the watermark.
