ATI Radeon Driver
I went to the device manager to update the driver for my ATI Radeon 7500 AIW
display adapter. The current driver is dated in 2003. The update appeared to work; however, when I rebooted I get the message that new hardware (?) is found. XP does not know what this new HW is. I am running XP Pro SP2. Fortunately I run Norton GoBack and was able to revert the system configuration. Thoughts and opinions appreciated. |

ATI Radeon Driver
it is usually standard procedure to reboot after installing ati drivers.
and also during the reboot to find new hardware. you should select the auto install option and allow it to do its job. "William Wolfe" wrote in message ...
