RECYCLE BIN RESTORING BAC K IT'S NAME

My toddler apparently did something. Now on the desktop,
under the Recycle Bin icon, the text is now "xzzzzzzzzzzz"
and there's a no. 1 enclosed in parenthesis (1).

How can I change the text back to RECYCLE BIN and what does
the no. 1 means?

If I right click the icon, the RENAME LINK is not there.
This is not a shortcut Recycle Bin too. I tried single
click and F2 but it doesn't work.

Any help will be appreciated.

Rachel,

To rename the recycle bin normally takes more than your toddler would be
capable of unless s/he is a computer geek or you are using some 3rd party
tweaking software which has the capability of easily renaming the bin.
