Default Why are there different network "Sharing" folder tabs in WinExplorer? How to Switch?

I have a WinXP notebook and a WinXP desktop computer.
When I click on each of them in WinExplorer on the context menu entry "Sharing and Security..."
and go to tab "Sharing" then they show a completly different view.

See the following snapshot:

Why?

How can I get the second (=right) tab from the snapshot on the first computer?

Is the "first computer" XP_Home or XP_Pro ?

The "Security" Tab is not supported in XP Home. If the first
computer is XP Home, then you'll have to upgrade to XP Pro. You may
be able to access this tab if you boot to Safe Mode.

If the first computer is XP Pro, then you must disable "Simple File
Sharing".
