Feedback on Barnes and Noble and a Nook forum
Just some feedback for anyone considering buying a Nook or doing business with
Barnes and Noble. I have gotten no response from either B&N or the Nook forum. They have lost my business permanently. Problems with my Nook Postby fixit » Sat Nov 08, 2014 1:31 am I had some problems with my Nook, so I sent emails to Barnes and Noble, but got no response. These are some of the problems I have had. 1. Keyboard does not respond. I oftentimes can not exit an application. I have to shut it down. 2. I bought a NIV study bible, but 2 weeks later, it was no longer in my library. ( $ 34 is no small sum. :-) ) 3. I sent Barnes and Noble an email about it, but they did not respond. 4. I bought a 32 Gb memory card, but was not able to save anything to it. Thanks for your time and consideration, Best regards, A.K. |
