Bad news Chuck, I did everything nothing helped. Here ipconfig and psservice
reports.

If you take the adapter out of Sparky, it's going to be hard to test Rick.
Plus
you'd have to test that computer (unless Rick worked immediately when
connected
to your third computer). Let's not go there yet. Work on Rick first.
