plug and play

Hi, the

When I try to install audio driver SiS 7012, I get an error message "update driver for plug and play) with this number 536870397. Any suggestions would be great. I just reloaded windows XP sp2 for a friend and when trying to install the drivers, the only one that gives me problems is this one.
