The above links to: "Error message when you install or start an MS-DOS

More oddities from XP.

Attempting to install something, and I get the odd message that
there's, "Not enough free space on drive. Please free up some space on
drive, and try again." I've over 50 GB of free space on this particular
drive. I ran check disk, no errors, and I defragmented. Any idea what
the problem is?

XP is just full of surprises. Now my ROM drives aren't functioning.
Now, I know it isn't the hardware because they both worked the last
time I checked. XP, and it's incessant updates, simply have a knack for
messing and slowing things up.
