DVD PLAYER WONT READ ANYTHING KEEPS SAYING I NEED DECODER
BUT HAVE RECENTLY WATCHED DVDS AND MY COMPUTER HAS ALWAYS
PLAYED DVDS UP UNTIL NOW!

Reinstall your DVD decoding software. Usually PowerDVD or WinDVD.
