Default Top Margin in Win Fax

Windows XP SP3.

For some time now received faxes on my PC have virtually no top margin and a
variable bottom margin. I think there is some auto page fit happening, which
is fine, but the top margin is truncating the faxes. I don't think it's the
printer's problem as the inbox preview shows the same issue, and the printer
works perfectly otherwise. Have tried changing settings in the basic fax
driver as well as IE page set up. Any ideas?
