Hi
You have to physically check all the cables to see if they are connected as
they should.
You might need to check computer by computer, plug and unplug, and put
stickers on the cables so you know what belongs to what, and what is working
and what is Not working.
When you done lock the switch/hub in a ventilated cabinet.
If the cables looks OK and you want to check the Computer's network
configuration.

If you tampered with Network Interface Cards in the box itself then
perhaps are not fitted properly. Worth checking them again.
