Default Computer Management Drawback

When I renamed my account from Computer management i took a look to my user profile folder in documents and settings folder but it was not renamed too furthermore when someone deletes the account from computer management the user folders and user registry keys and everything about the profile is not deleted from computer

That is correct and the way it should be. In order to have the user name
match the users folder the easiest way is to create a new account and
transfer the data from the old one, just renaming the folder will result in
the account becoming unusable due to multiple registry pointers to the old
folder name, which is why it isn't renamed. You'll have to manually delete
the user folder for an account deleted via computer management.
