Hello
Sometimes on cold boot up on a morning this Microsoft message is left on the
screen when I switch the monitor on. Probably a long shot but is there a way
of troubleshooting what the problem is and how to fix it?
Many thanks
Andrew Wilson

Check the Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc).

Could be a hardware problem

run a RAM test

if RAM is OK run the mfg's hard drive diagnostic
