Default Data burn problems

I recently created a data cd using nero 5....I burned the files (video clips)
as a multisession disk so i could add files later, but now when i try to add
the new files i get this error, == windows does not support this CD-R format,
please try another disk.== There is still 50% space on the disc, can anyone
help please.

You burned these video clips in ISO format? You're sure? And you are sure
you had multisession enabled? Have you run through the FAQ's and the Help
pages on the Nero website?

You have to add the files in another run of Nero, taking 'Continue
Multi-session'. The headers Nero sets up for a multisession disk are
idiosyncratic, and the XP inbuilt burning does not understand them
