email alert doesn't work
I have the same exact problem as you.I have written MSN and just get the run around I dont think they know what to do so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.Goodluck We'll need it

Well join the crowd! It also happens with Windows
Messenger and MSN and Microsoft will not admit that it is their problem. I have also been bouncing emails back and forth for a couple weeks now without any luck.
