Default help on windows messenger

on my windows messenger, it tells me I need to verify my
account....I go through the procedures, it tells me to do
it comes up with the message--name doesn't exist..or
password incorrect....I try to update the password--still
the same message....
also when, I'm instant messaging it says the same thing
with my name.....password not verified....
please help....I'm very confused.....

You may just need to ask for a new verification e-mail from Passport Services. To do so,
visit the following URL:
