Default configuring XP for Spanish User

Can someone please help me figure out how to configure a
brand new XP computer so that it's all or mostly in
Spanish. I tried configuring it through Regional and
Language option, but believe I may have missed something
seeing that the GUI is still in English and only when you
access the Internet do see Spanish

You cannot change the language of the OS. The only way to do it is buy and
install a Spanish version of XP. You could configure the system to dual boot
in either OS, if you wish.

Stephen;
You can't change the language of Windows XP.
If you want Windows XP in Spanish, you need to buy Windows XP in
Spanish.
