Default user accounts

my user accounts will not open when i try clicking on it. it use to open. i don't know what the problem could be. it's very aggervating. everything else in the control panel opens. i would like to make changes to my user accounts and i can't. can anyone he
lp me out with my problem??

Click Start and try double clicking your logon picture.
