Default XP Home + SP2 - Limited Users cannot access secure pages on web

I have just bought a new PC that came with XP Home and SP 2 installed. XP
Home allows just Administrator and Limited users. I set up limited users for
everyone, as browsing the internet as an administrator is a no-no. However, I
have found that limited users cannot access sucure pages, nor sign on to .net
passport sites - my kids use MSN Messenger a lot.

Does anyone know of a way round this?
