Default virus security on pc

Hi

Can anyone please advise me about how to scan for the new virus I keep
hearing about in the news on the bbc web page I already have spybot spyware
blaster and mcfee windows defender but it states most of these cannot detect
it.

Can someone please advise me about this as my pc has been playing up a bit
latley I had to reset it to factory settings to get it back on and I keep
losing my internet connection.

Thank you :-)

the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. Post

Default virus security on pc

As I was working on the pc last week it froze up I could not do anything on
the screen i tried the end task thing but nothing worked i shut the pc down
rebooted but then no icons came on the screen and I did not have a task bar
at the bottom with the start menu I then switched it off again and pressed
f12 I think and restored to factory settings and had to download everything I
had on the pc in the first place since then I have had trouble with the
internet as I explained earlier and after downloading new programmes which
are free they cannot access the internet.

Thanks
