That's typical behavior of someone troll-like such as him, who does
nothing here besides irritating people by posting the same insulting
message over and over again.

If he didn't continue changing his posting name, he'd end up in almost
everyone's killfile, so he frequently changes it to escape killfiles.
But no problem--it's easy to add his new name to the killfile too.
