As I was working on the pc last week it froze up I could not do anything on
the screen i tried the end task thing but nothing worked i shut the pc down rebooted but then no icons came on the screen and I did not have a task bar at the bottom with the start menu I then switched it off again and pressed f12 I think and restored to factory settings and had to download everything I had on the pc in the first place since then I have had trouble with the internet as I explained earlier and after downloading new programmes which are free they cannot access the internet.
