WindowsClear

Trying to run WindowsUpdate led me to an invitation to install
WindowsClear. I let it install but it refused to run, gave me the
familiar "Report the malfunction to Microsoft?" or whatever it says
repeatedly. So I managed to find its Uninstall.exe (Add/Remove didn't
have it) and deep-sixed it.

Comments or advice regarding WindowsClear?
