Default 0x81000303 problem

Greetings Jamie,

Assuming you've already gone through the Connectivity Troubleshooter in 6.2, click Start,
then Run, and enter the following:
regsvr32 softpub.dll
then click OK
Then try again.

Hi Melissa,

Put quite simply and as non-technical as possible,

it "reinstalls" an essential part of
connecting to secure web sites (which is something

Messenger does to connect you).
