Default .Net Passport or Hotamil do not like me ??

About 3 days ago, for no obvious resason my MSN Messenger 6 stoped working
properly.
WHILE I am logged on I will recieved new email alerts, but if I close MSN
Messenger, DO NOT check my email, leaving it as NEW in Hotmail, and I log
back, I do not get the usual warning that I have new email. In the same
fashion, if I recieve an email while MSN Messenger is NOT running, when I
turn it on, it will not tell me I have new email waiting.
Since I tried everything locally, from the simple uninstall/regisrty
clean/local Passport reset/temp internet files including cookies
clean/reinstall and I even went as far as reinstalling windows (XP Pro),
nothing worked, I have to assumed this is a problem with either Passport or
Hotmail on their server side!
To further evidence this, my account has the same problem on 3 computers I
have tested, 2 running WinXP Pro and one with WinME.
Also, I have tried other MSN accounts from my computer and they worked fine
withouth any of the problems I described.
So, I ask, can anyone tell me please what else I can try ??
Thank you

JC
