Default Messenger needs a connection Wizard!

Just thinking out loud, but it seems from the large number of people with
video, voice, and file transfer issues with Messenger that MS or someone
else needs to write a Messenger Connection Wizard. At the very least we need
a utility that can scan one's network connections, security settings and
firewall and provide a report outlining the steps needed for that particular
setup to enable full use of Messenger's communication options.

Is it gonna be included in MSN Messenger 6? From the looks of this story
there is lots of neat stuff:

No, this isn't a MSN thing.
