Uploading images to hotmail

Since hotmail has upgraded I can no longer upload any
images to it, never had a problem before and other on
line servers are ok like webshots and image hosts.
When I try to attach an image the transfer file GIF just
keeps running until i loose the page totaly.
Any ideas?
