Greetings Kevin,

Are you trying to use the whiteboard in MSN Messenger 5.x or 6.x? If so, you'll need to have
Windows Messenger installed as well for this feature to work. To install Windows Messenger,
simply download it from he

Hi Kevin,

Can you be more specific about what's happening then? The *exact* message you're receiving?

Kevin; Did I miss something? I have exactly the same problem, and would like an answer. Did you ever get this resolved? Let me know if you did, and thanks a million,

Ken

Ken
Yes I did get a resolve the fault wasnt on me
It turned out that the other person had removed Windows Messenger
from his computer not understanding its implications.
Any way as luck happens he had to do a rebuild last week and now
all systems are back to normal.
I hope this points you in the right direction.....
It also resolvled my issue with remote access
as we couldnt connect with that either......
