Default Live Messenger on XP64

I had to install the new version of WLMessenger, but the installation has not
been successful. I have XP 64bit.
The message is "You cannot install the programs ... Error os_check :
0x80280004".

Any idea ?
Help me please.

Default Live Messenger on XP64

Yeah. Same problem for our gamers online. If you have or have recieved an
answer could you please post it on our site? We have linux users, OS2 users
and Windows users of ALL OS's. Lame Microsoft keeps getting buggier and
buggier. Xp, Xp6. Vista, V64, W7... and soon W8. Let alone the COST of all
the new OS's. World economy going to doggy doo doo and prices keep going up.

Linux is great. Open source but never really any changes unfortunately.
Microsoft is still the best OS to play with but they keep forgetting the OLD
people with XT's and AT's.

Greetings Zimmy,

Messenger isn't supported on XP 64-bit unfortunately.

You can however, install the MSIs directly (and it'll work fine):
