Default Panda IS 2005 and Windows Sec. Center problem.

Hi everyone, I run Panda Internet Security 2005 (using everything including
Antivirus and Firewall)and have never had a problem with it til a few days
ago. I have a cable connection, Windows XP and Panda runs on Windows Start
Up. But it takes a minute or so for it to start and in that time the "Red
Shield" from Windows Security Center shows up saying no Anti-virus
protection. It never did this before, could this be from the Cable Connection
(I recently changed from MSN Dial-up) or maybe the fact that I have Adaware
and Spybot- S&D installed? Does anyone have any recommendations to get rid of
this annoyance? Thank you in advance.
