I am having a problem getting Disk cleanup to run. When

I finally get it to go it starts and produces 2 bars
then
freezes. I went into Windows Explorer and tried to
delete Applog like the Help and Support thingy says to
do
and I don't see Applog. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!
