Default suggest a good video file converter

our cameras output MOV FILES. The plan is to record on a camera then
transfer file via USB.

I need a file converter program so I can use movie maker and then
upload to youtube.

I've read that Movie Maker isn't that great. Don't know haven't tried
it yet.

Recently I used FormatFactory and I have been satisfied with this app.
Simple, easy, user-friendly, quick and working...

While you're composing an e-mail, links won't show as links for whatever
reason. When you Send the post though, it will (and does) show as a
clickable link. If you check your Sent folder, you'll see it's showing as a
clickable link there, too.
Just "one of those things" I guess g.

MovieMaker, especially version 2, is quite adequate for what you want to do.
I do professional video editing and even so still occasionally use MM2 to
grab a transition it has that I like but have been too lazy to recreate in
my Studio ware. MM is simply scaled down with fewer transitions and is
missing some capabilities of the expensive ware but is quite adequate for
almost all home video editing and is a lot easier on system resources than
are the bigger, full-featured packages.
I think MM2 came with SP2, not positive. But it's also separately
downloadable.

HTH,

Twayne`

I believe the Tim was talking about MP4Cam2AVI Easy Converter not being
provided by others as an app to use.

As for links when composing, they show everytime as a link when I add them in.

So why do you feel the need to repost it?

Many of us have killfiled egghead articles, but then some nitwit
comes along and reposts them.
