Default Bluetooth

I would be most grateful if someone can let me know, how
I can find out if my computer is "bluetooth-enabled"? I
have installed software for Nokia 8910i and try to
connect it to my PC . Everytime the connection fails.

Can someone pelase help me on this?

Thank you very much in advance
