Default Need help with a WiFi connection

My system is Windows XP Pro, Service Pack3, RAM I.00 GB, Processor
Speed1.50 GHz-on a Dell Latitude D800, with a WiFi conn. Anymore it
will lose connection when I play a video-it didn't used to do that,
what about the laptop could I check or configure to strengthen my WiFi
connection? Your help in solving this problem is appreciated very
much.
