I purchased and returned a Microsoft VX 5000 webcam. Installation of the cd took over 30 min the first time and I could not capture Audio and video together. Zoom, pan and tilt did not work either. Second installation took "only" 18 min with same results. My Dell desktop has 60 gigs free, 512mb RAM with an XP home OS, and I waited like the book said to hook up the cam until it told me to. Any ideas? Did I do something wrong?
