===========================
What program are you viewing the
video with?

What format is the movie saved in?

For example: If your clip is compatible
with Movie Maker...import it and drag
it to the timeline...advance to the picture
you want and left click the 'Take Picture'
button at the bottom right of the view
screen.

Open Movie Maker...go to ...file / import into collections...
browse to your .wmv file and double click it to import it.

Left click / drag it to the timeline and follow my previous
instructions.
