Default Nero DVD burning

I'm burning DVD's on Nero 7 Essentials and one movie (type: Windows Media
Audio/Video File) 1hr 27min., 2079 bit rate, 640x480, size: 1.26 GB takes up
4.37 GB out of 4.38 available on the DVD! Is this normal? Did I change a
setting by mistake somewhere?

Thanks in advance for any help.

===============================
'Duration'...not 'file size' is what determines
how much footage will fit on a Video DVD.

Typically 1 hour of high quality video will fit
on a 4.7 GB DVD. Some software will adjust
(extend) this limit...some will not.

FWIW...if your software is Nero...NeroVision
is the app you need to be using to author
Video DVDs.
