Is there any program out there that is free that is able to fix in full, if
you have corrupted registries and malicious activity on your computer (i'm
using windows xp)

No, there is NO SINGLE PROGRAM that can do what you want, free or paid
for.

Registry issues are separate from Malicious activity, but can be caused
by malicious activity.

I would suggest that you try:

Malware Bytes Anti-Malware (they have a free version)

Yes, it is called the installation software (installation CD - or EISA
partition perhaps?)

Not exactly free, but you probably already have it.
