Hmmm. a tcp trace routd (Linux) went right through
on tcp 80 and tcp 443.

Double hmmmmmm.

I even cleared my browser's cache. Plus it is happening
from Perl's NET:UserAgent.

I bet my WAN IP address block has been black listed. Has
happened before.

Thank you for the double check!

I have a YUGE perl program for checking revision of software
I use at customer sites. I will wait a few days to see if
the issue clears up. If not I will alter ShutUp10's address
to the one you recommend.

How long did you wait to retry that web page? Works for me. Web server
is up and it delivers that page. The only off-domain script that
uMatrix blocks for that web page is from Google Analytics but the page
still gets delivered and renders okay.

Here is a page capture of what was successfully delivered to me just now
for that page:

http://imgur.com/a/qajqt

Some things to try:
- ipconfig /flushdns
- Load the unidentified web browser in its safe mode.
- Disable HTTPS traffic interrogation by your anti-virus (if it has it).
- Load Windows in its safe mode w/networking.

You said you have problems *reading* the page. That's not the same as
getting delivery errors (can't reach domain, domain unresponsive, page
not found, etc). It the problem something to do with rendering the web
page that was delivered (i.e., the page got delivered okay but your
unidentified web browser displays it so you cannot /read/ it)?

The page just times out. That was what I meant by problems
reading the page.

I waited a couple of hours between retries.

I reproduced the issue with Firefox as well as Perl's NET::UserAgent.
And since I can do a tcp traceroute, it is probably some kind
of black list issue. After WannaCry, several sites had black
listed my eMail provider's domain. Maybe someone got happy with
my ISP's domain too. Who knows?

It will probably work tomorrow.

I mainly wanted to know if the site was down. I don't need
help with the networking.

And, I have several other sites I can probe for it as well.

Thank you for the help!

If you have a script that repeatedly reads their website, possibly
they've blacklisted you because they don't like that?

Hi Andy,

Oh no. I only read once in the morning. I don't over do
it. And I use Curl's User Agent from the program. (At
over 5000 lines, it is a "program", not a script!)

And I just doubled checked and it is back up.

:-)

Thank you all for the help!
