Multiple printers

Just wondering if there are any good automated ways of setting up
multiple hp and toshiba printers on multiple windows xp workstations
in a win2k3 AD environment(something that would keep us from touching
every desktop). We have a restriction that the local users do not
have administrator access. And every workstation is used and
running(not brand new installations). Thanks
