minolta 2300dv printer driver download problem

After apparently downloading from the Windows upgrade web
page and installing a printer driver upgrade to a minolta
2300dv color printer successfully, I find that, really, I
haven't. It seems to download, and then quits just after
starting to install. Thanks for your help!
