Default Can I Xfer a program, w/o install disc

I have an desktop PC (Win 10), where I have installed a program (MSFT
Streets 2007) that I cannot locate my original install disc. Using
Belarc, I do know the associated Install Key. While an older app, I
still often rely on the program for my trip planning.I like that one
can adjust their expected driving speed, based upon the street "type"

Is there a way I can transfer/ install that app on my new PC, while
lacking the original install disc?

I presume you mean "transfer from the old machine to the new one".

AFAIK, no. It would involve not only copying all the program components,
but also the registry entries. However, the registry entries would refer
to the old machine, so they wouldn't work on the new one.

Look for "Microsoft streets and trips download". There are several
sources. You will probably not need the original key, but keep it handy
just in case.

The last release of Microsoft Streets was back in 2013. The
https://www.microsoft.com/streets/ page is dead. Microsoft isn't
distributing their old and unsupported software. I did find some
download sites that still carried the 2013 version, like:

https://www.softpedia.com/get/Intern...nd-Trips.shtml

While hunting around for MS Streets, I happened to find a different
Microsoft page that does have a download (for the 2013 version) at:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=30173

It was distributed as trialware, so a product key will be needed to
unlock it. Since the last version was 2013, a product key for the 2010
version may not work to unlock the 2013 version.

Since Microsoft stopped supporting and distributing this product back in
2013, it is unlikely the product will get any updates to reflect changes
in streets, highways, roads, construction changes, proposed roads in
city plats that never happened, and the like. Even more so for the even
older 2007 version.

If the OP is using a PC to map his route(s), why not use Google Maps or
Bing Maps (in a web browser)? If using an Android smartphone, Google
Maps is already bundled on the phone. Waze is another choice. I have
both of those on my phone along with HERE [WeGo] which is better for
offline maps: I can download states or entire countries for offline
databases when my phone cannot get an Internet connection (via wifi or
cellular data) rather than me having to first select a region to have
Google Maps download just that area to an offline database on my phone.
